Cancellation Policy

At Aquatique Paradise, we carefully prepare every adventure to ensure you have an unforgettable experience. Because each reservation requires planning and limited availability, we ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.

• Deposits (Non-Refundable)

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits reserve your date, time, vehicle, guide, and reserved space.

Deposits are refunded only if Rainforest Tours & Transport is unable to provide the booked tour/service for any reason.

• Guest Cancellation (After Deposit)

If a guest cancels their booking, the deposit remains non-refundable. Any additional payments beyond the deposit may be refundable only at our discretion depending on tour type, notice, and our ability to rebook the space.

• Private Tours & Custom Tours

Private tours reserve the tour exclusively for your group. Deposits are non-refundable. Private tours may become fully non-refundable, especially close to the tour date.

• No-Shows / Late Arrivals

Guests who do not arrive on time to the pickup location or meeting point are considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable. Late arrivals that cause the guest to miss the tour are non-refundable.

• Weather Policy

Tours operate rain or shine. Weather is not a reason for a refund, discount, partial refund, or reschedule. If conditions become unsafe and we cancel, guests will be offered a reschedule or a refund at our discretion.

• Raincheck Credit

At our discretion, we may offer a non-refundable Raincheck Credit valid for 1 year from the original tour date.

Non-transferable. Subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

• If We Cancel

If Rainforest Tours & Transport cancels for any reason, guests will receive a full refund of all payments made (including deposit) or the option to reschedule.

• Third-Party Bookings

If booked through a third-party platform (Viator, GetYourGuide, Airbnb Experiences, Expedia, etc.), the cancellation policy of that platform applies.
