Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when payment is successfully processed and the guest receives a confirmation message, receipt, or booking confirmation.

Company Role & Partner Tours

Some experiences may be delivered by independent local guides or partner operators. Rainforest Tours & Transport manages the booking, customer service, and coordination.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits are non-refundable and are only refunded if Rainforest Tours & Transport is unable to provide the booked service.

Pickup & Transportation

Guests must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. Failure to be present at pickup may result in a no-show and is non-refundable.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive on time, follow guide instructions, and follow all safety rules. We reserve the right to refuse service without refund for unsafe behavior or intoxication.

Assumption of Risk

Guests participate at their own risk. Outdoor activities include inherent risks such as slips, falls, river currents, and changing conditions.

Waiver Requirement

Some tours require signing a waiver. Failure to sign may result in cancellation without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainforest Tours & Transport is not liable for injuries, lost items, delays, acts of nature, or third-party actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
